- The biggest reason to join is be together with other entrepreneurs who are at that same level as you and hear them work true transformation. Which means that while others get coached you might get insights for yourself as well. You also have a group of peers to practice new skills together such as sales conversations, leadership tools or talk true business problems together.
- You get 6 months of coaching with me which means I can support you getting in growth stage
- You get bi-weekly group sessions which means that I can track your growth and follow up on porgress. And course correct when needed. Clients often say that this provides accountability and helps them having a steady pace of implementation in their business
- We meet for accountibility and outreach every monday at 9AM. This alone is why I joined a coaching program myself, because the money is in the dm's people!
- The online group is every other tuesday from 11.15 to 13.15 CEST
- The in person group is in my office in Rotterdam and will be every other friday from 4.15 pm to 6.15 pm CEST
- We will create a closed group on a platform that fits us best where you can support each other, schedule co working, go for coffee and keep each other accountable.

How to secure a spot

It's really easy to get started. You just book an appointment by scheduling a call here.
During a 30 minute conversation we go over the answers, exchange thoughts. And we both check if we want to work together.
Once you decide to get started here's what's going to happen…When it's a yes, great! you will receive a contract and an invoice. If you decide to do a payment plan, you receive a monthly invoice on the 10th of the month.
When you pay in full, you get a VIP day as BONUS (valued at 5000 euro’s)After first payment you receive a welcome email with more details. And off we go.

So here's how I would clear those up for you
1. No time
When entrepreneurs don't have time to work on their growth of the company or them as a leader it signals to me that you are a great fit. Because we first work on decluttering your schedule so that you have way more time. One of my clients said “For the first time ever I can use my time effectively”
2. No money
When your business is not ready for an investment, I wouldn't sell this to you. In a call we discuss together what the best fit is for your stage of business. My low ticket group program that helps you get into growth stage. Usually people who are just starting out (2 years or more in business but no staff) join the program first. My door is open for you when you are ready to invest.
3. I have to ask permission from a spouse
You have time to think it over after we chatted. I love that you are seeking support in making an investment. Whether thats your partner, a metamour, a friend, a colleague or your CFO. Let me know when you are ready.
4. I had a coach before and I did not reach my goals
Sometimes we invest and it ends up not being what you needed. Or it was simply not the right time in your business or the coach was not a good match for you specifically.
I worked with a profit first professional for 4 years and the strategy never clicked for me, we parted ways and I started to do it in a different way and suddenly I nailed profit first.
In my coaching dynamics I give my clients the tools to have them leading the path so that they feel empowered over each decision. If you are a person who takes accountability for your own success, we can schedule a call and see if we are a good match. If I am not a good fit, I refer you to one of my colleagues.5. Sometimes joining when you are not completely ready helps you grow into being ready.
That is my personal growth hack, I join when it's a bit too early.
Sometimes however we end up on a call and I will be fully transparent that it might be too early in your journey. My strategies are for more advanced business owners who already have customer data to work with.6. I don’t have a team yet
I can only speak from my own experience but I am happy I learned allot about leadership and team management before I had staff. If you are just starting out, and you are a couple of years in business my group is a good place to start.
7. I don’t identify as queer or don't feel queer enough
When you feel a pull towards working with me, you are welcome. You are valid however you identify.
8. I live in another timezone
I am used to running an international company. I had clients all over the world, unless i need to get up at 4am, I think we are good. The online call is on tuesdays at 2pm until 4pm, if you can make the call, awesome! otherwise working 1:1 with me might be a better fit, because than I can be more flexible with planning in our sessions.
9. I am unsure which direction to take
Thats what I am here for. Mapping out the pathway together with you. You can be as sure or unsure in which direction your company will take. I am here to support you getting clarity
10. I find you and your experience intimidating
I get it, totally. I was in the same boat as you, all coaches seemed to be way further than me. But I am so glad I invested (and still do) in programs with coaches who had years of experience instead of listening to family and friends. Sometimes our inner circle wants to keep us small, with love and from a place of protection. But that will stagnate your growth. I know this: you learn the most about doing business from people who are way ahead of you, because they already carved out the path. And know the opportunities and problems that lay ahead.
